Khao OB Woonsen (Glass Noodles in claypot) Sauce 230g (Exp:30/01/2025)

Ingredients:

Sugar, Palm Oil, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Celery, Coriander root, Garlic, Sesame Oil.

Allergen Warning Contains: Soybean, Wheat.

How To Prepare:

1) Soak 50g of glass noodles in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain the noodles and set aside.

2) Add 3 tablespoons of sauce to the glass noodles and mix well. Set aside for 1 minute and place the mixture into a clay pot.

3) Add coriander root, ginger, and celery.

4) Warm clay pot and put prawns/crab 120g and fill a water 80ml in the clay pot then place on low heat and close the lid. Cook for 3 minutes.
