How to prepare:
1) Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Add 1 egg and 80 g of meat stir-fry until lightly browned.
2) Add 50g of noodles and 50ml of water. Fry it.
3) Add 4 tablespoons of pad Thai sauce.
4) Add bean sprouts. Chinese chives and continue to stir-fry.
5) Optional-add chili powder, roasted peanuts and lime juice as preference.
